SIGN UP TO ASSIST ATHLETES WITH DISABILITIES AT CHICAGO'S BIGGEST RACE

Volunteers are needed to assist the Athletes with Disabilities participating in the Chicago Marathon on Sunday, October 13. Roles include escorting athletes, transporting equipment, and supporting the event staff. Two volunteer shifts are available. Sign up for one today and help make the big race a success!

Shift 1: Start Line Tent / 5 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

  • Escort Athletes with Disabilities (AWD) from the Hilton Chicago to the AWD Start Line Tent in Grant Park.

  • Help transport equipment such as chairs, prosthetics, bags, etc. from the Start Tent to the Finish Tent.

  • Escort Athletes with Disabilities to the Finish Line Tent.

Shift 2: Finish Line Tent / 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

  • Assist the event staff with the operations of the Finish Line Tent.

  • Escort Athletes with Disabilities to the Finish Line Tent.
