OUR MISSION | YOUR ACTION

Corporate Team Building and Volunteering

Dare2tri provides organized team building and volunteer opportunities for companies, teams, and individual employees to come out and support our mission. It’s a great way to enhance employee engagement and showcase your corporate values. Organizations can choose a team building experience or send volunteers as individuals or in groups.

Team building

Our corporate team building experience is an interactive, customizable event that helps you achieve your goals for employee engagement, boosting morale, and fostering teamwork. Through fun, hands-on activities, groups will try out adaptive equipment, learn about exercising with a disability, and build skills that help people work effectively in teams. Groups will also volunteer with our athletes and participate in furthering our mission to positively impact lives.

Volunteer Roles

We have a variety of volunteer opportunities to meet the goals and skills of each volunteer. Dare2tri provides volunteer training so you feel confident in contributing.

Volunteer opportunities include:

  • Running, biking, or swimming with an athlete
  • Transferring athletes to and from adaptive equipment
  • Providing water, snacks, support, and motivation for athletes
  • Helping with set-up, logistics, loading & unloading equipment
  • Guiding an athlete or racing alongside them
  • Setting up a race course, working an aid station, or being a course marshal

Volunteer Experience

As a Dare2tri volunteer you can expect to:

  • See the contribution you’re making with athletes!
  • Feel valued, empowered, and productive
  • Be outside, be active, and try something new with your team
  • Receive applicable training prior to volunteering
  • Demo adaptive equipment
  • Be recognized on social media
  • Have fun!

If your organization has a commitment to enhance the community you work in and increase employee engagement through volunteering, we’d love to partner with you!

I was unprepared for how energizing the Kids Camp experience would be. Even in the worst of weather, the kids I worked with were unflappable and completely focused on their goals. I left wanting to do more.
