Dare2tri Paratriathlon Club is proud to be a part of the Bank of America Chicago Marathon for its Charity Marathon Team, “Race2Raise.” The mission of Dare2tri is to positively impact the lives of athletes with physical disabilities and visual impairments by developing their skills in paratriathlon. In its second year as a Charity Marathon Team, Dare2tri hopes that Race2Raise Team members 'Inspire Many' on their journey to complete 26.2 miles! All funds raised by Race2Raise will directly benefit Dare2tri athletes and programs with hopes of growing both the sport of paratriathlon and the amount of paratriathletes in the Chicago-area and beyond. ways to join

GUARANTEED ENTRY

Applications for guaranteed entries will be available from October 25 to November 29 for legacy finishers, time qualifiers, 2016 deferments, and charity program runners. Dare2tri has a select amount of charity guaranteed entries. To register with a guaranteed entry, you must use a unique URL, which is only available after contacting Dare2tri. In addition to a guaranteed entry (a $195 value), Dare2tri charity runners will receive training and fundraising assistance, and one-of-a-kind gear.

The minimum fundraising commitment for a guaranteed entry is $1,500.

 

POST-CLOSE GUARANTEED ENTRY

Applications for post-close guaranteed entries will be available from November 29 to January 18 for charity program runners. These entries are available after the drawing period closes. Dare2tri has a select amount of post-close charity guaranteed entries, should they be available after the guaranteed race entry period has ended. To register with a post-close guaranteed entry, you must use a unique URL, which is only available after contacting Dare2tri. In addition to a guaranteed entry (a $195 value), Dare2tri charity runners will receive training and fundraising assistance, and one-of-a-kind gear.

The minimum fundraising commitment for a guaranteed entry is $2,000.

 

NON-GUARANTEED ENTRY (SELECTION THROUGH A DRAWING)

Applications for non-guaranteed entries will be available from November 1 to November 29 for runners who do not qualify for a guaranteed entry. Applicants will be drawn at random from the full pool. Runners opting to participate with the Race2Raise team using their own entry from the random drawing, should they be chosen, will receive training and fundraising assistance, and one-of-a-kind gear.

The minimum fundraising commitment for a guaranteed entry is $1,000.
